THE COMPANY

The MASAHEALTH NETWORK, INC., distributes Masa Squalene, Masa Grapeseed Oil Extract (MasaGOE), Masa Dulse, Vital Squalene Plus (VSP) Glycerine Soaps, Vital Squalene Shampoo, Masa 7 in 1 Healthy Café, and Masa 7 in 1 Healthy Choco, and other world-class health products through networking.

Its sister company, Vital Health Enterprises, has been in the multi-level marketing business for over 14 years. The Company started marketing Squalene as single proprietorship business, on August 1993. However, it had to be changed into a corporation and named it MASAHEALTH NETWORK, INC., because the Company was growing, and had been exporting the products to more than 20 countries as a duly licensed manufacturer of different squalene brandnames, and other natural health food products, and also as a licensed repacker and importer of other health food products, like Grapeseed Oil Extract from the United States.

Our Company, MasaHealth Network, Inc., is a duly registered corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commissions (SEC), with License to Operate (LTO), granted by the Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD), and to manufacture Squalene and other health food products, as we see fit.
